All massage therapy sessions are for one hour. The fee for all styles of massage therapy is $75.00.
Remedial Massage – Is typically recommended for relief from chronic pain, muscle injuries and soft tissue damage involving back and neck pain, shoulder, knee or hip pain. It also assists in the management of headaches and migraines, overuse syndrome, postural issues, chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and more. A physical assessment is performed followed by a plan of treatment to assist your condition. It is usually necessary to attend a series of sessions to provide comprehensive treatment over time. Stretches and exercise may also be prescribed to assist as well.
Sports Massage - Is suited to people who are training in a particular sport or exercise frequently. Sports massage can help with injury prevention, recovery post events, and the general maintainence of soft tissues and joints. This form of massage also enhances flexibility and range of movement which in turn enhances the physical activity being performed.
Deep Tissue Massage - Is perfect for health and wellbeing, and tension and pain relief. It is detailed and deep and releases deep held tension and restricted muscles. It is like a passive workout for the muscles, cleaning and invigorating the soft tissues. It helps relax the muscles while supporting healthy muscle tone.
Relaxation Massage - Designed to relax the senses, ease tension and flushes toxins from tense muscles and tired limbs, relaxing both body and mind. This type of massage is suitable for everyone to relax body and mind and help manage stress levels associated with life.
